After yesterday afternoons rain storm, this is what the water looked like at the 175 bridge. Looking down from the bridge, this water is NON-catchable!!!!
Tim caught a nice brown that took a rubber-legged hopper.
Tom caught this brown on a beadhead pheasant tail.
Sat 20 min in this rainstorm accompanied by lots of lightning. John had a smile on his face when he said that his Goretex jacket was working. He even had a bigger smile when he caught this nice rainbow.
Chris said the fish are bigger this year than in the years past.
Danny caught a lot of fish and he missed a lot of fish.
Chris had a smile for every fish he caught. He said this was the most fish he has ever caught in a day. His arm will be tire tonight but hopefully he will be ready to go on tomorrows adventure.
Brian said that this is one of the largest rainbows that he has caught on this river. We used the hopper all day and it was successful ( and not a single one of my knots failed).
