An Epic Fall Fishing Day

Steve caught more rainbows than he ever has on a single trip.

This was Don's first float trip.  He loved it!

The red Amy's ant was the trick today.

A Perfect Day on the River

This was a unique brown.  It had a red copper john stuck in its' side.

Jamie caught this brown on the usual 2-bit hooker.

The red Amy's ant was successful for the top feeders.

It was a very warm beautiful day on the river.

Hopper/Dropper Day

David looks forward to the filet mignon that Laura is going to have to buy tonight.

Laura landed many fish on the 2-bit hooker.

David made the perfect cast to catch this fish!!!!

David bounced the hopper off of a grassy bank and into the mouth of this bow.

Jays First Time on the River

After overcoming the "bass set technique", Jay started landing Arkansas river fish.

He continued to catch more big rainbows.

Then it rained all afternoon.  Still the fishing was good.

Cool, Cloudy Day

Pat was happy with the size of fish he caught today.

The 2 flies that worked today were the rubber legged hopper

and the flashback pheasant tail.

Sylvia enjoyed watching her husband catch big fish.

Darlene Got to Guide the Guide

 Darlene fished for a short time and caught this big brown.

 Not all spots are the same on brown trout.

Queso (The Fish Spotter) likes to go floating.

A Single

George caught 2 fish on one cast--1 on the dry and the other on the nymph.

The 2-bit hooker was on fire today!!

Once again the 2-bit hooker earns its keep.

3 days- The Arkansas River, Antero and Spinney Reservoirs

Chuck caught some big fish on the lakes.

The fishing at Spinney was good today.

Jerry finally warmed up enough to hold a fish

have his picture taken.  It was cold this morning.

This fish has NOT missed any meals!!!!

Stacey used a PMX and a flashback pheasant tail to catch fish today.

Wayne was happy to catch some nice sized rainbows.

Rick said the fish were a lot bigger in the pictures than in real life.
