Float Fishing 1/25/2014

Fish lined up under the 166 Bridge.  There was some ice floating down the river today.

A white midge caught this brown.

Alex caught his fish on a yellow stone fly.

Had to re-rig because of a lot of sticks in the water below town.



Float Fishing 1/20/2014

Alex christening his brand new boat.

First fish caught.

Alex put me onto this nice rainbow.  I think he will make a good guide.

I took the oars so Alex could catch fish. 

 I wanted to see how this new Down River handled.

We caught most of the fish on the two wire yellow stone fly.

It was a beautiful day to be out floating today.

Fishing Afternoon

 A few hours on the river this afternoon, the air temp. 45 and downstream wind.

 They liked the Two Wire Stonefly and the AJ.

Many soft takes on the AJ.
