After talking to the local fish biologist, I stand corrected.
I've been calling these fish cutbows and they have not stalked any cutbows in the river.
They are either a Tasmanian Rainbow or a Grand Canyon Rainbow.
So if they have the red or orange slit under their throat, they are one of the above.
