Darlene took care of the horses while we worked. Still one big snow drift left up there.
The elk and the snow really broke the fence in many places. Fence stretchers are used a lot. Many places are fixed over and over each year.
This is a natural stopping place for the fence.
We fixed 1 and 1/2 miles of fence that has been there for over 50 years.
Definitely a long day!
