The clouds came over so they switched to a woolly bugger set up and
they turned many many many fish.

fish of the day.

Matt smiled after he landed this brown.
Matt took the honors of catching the biggest fish of the day.

Rick caught this rainbow on a rubber legged hopper.

Rick also caught many
fish on a hot wire prince.

This was the last fish Mike could catch. On his next cast, he broke his rod.

Mike said that he thought the fish he caught were bigger than ones
caught on previous floats. That is a good thing to hear.

Heckla to Salida East

John caught some very nice fish today.

This fish had beautiful orange spots.

Yesterday's major rain storm blew out Squaw
Creek. We decided to fish upriver and it was
a good choice. It was my first trip out of Heckla.
I suspect I will be doing more. It will take a few
days for the river to clear up.

A Foggy Morning On Antero

I had to use the GPS to get to the fishing spot.
Mark proudly displayed a rainbow.
