Another Successful Fishing Day on the River!

John definitely has the smile and pose down pat for making the guide look good.

Jacque used only 2 flies all day--the big rubber legged hopper and the olive PMX.

The Hour Glass Has Only One Days Worth of Sand Remaining

Pat had a successful day.  He soon will return to the "heat" in the south.
I'm sitting here wondering how that good wine would have tasted.
 Guess I'll never know.

Andrew's Day on the River

Andrew's grandfather brought him fishing today.  He is 11 years old and he has earned
the name of the "Rainbow Slayer".  This fish was a legitimate 21" fish.
 Another rainbow.
 And another rainbow!
About 12 miles below Salida, Mike (the grandfather)
 caught this Snake River Cutthroat.
Mike took second place today, even though he caught some nice fish.

Down Stream

We beat the rain this afternoon. Hope it didn't put more MUD in the river.
We had sun, wind, clouds, and rain, but the fishing was still good all afternoon.
MOST were taking dries today.
